You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction — to use 22vin. We do not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing 22vin is lawful in their location. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 applies. We make no legal representations on your behalf.
Each user may hold only one account on 22vin. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game contribution rules and expiry periods. Misuse or abuse of promotions may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 22vin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
22vin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", "your") and 22vin (hereinafter "22vin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and platform accessible at https://22vin.cam (the "Platform", "Website").
By accessing, registering on, or using the 22vin Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 22vin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on 22vin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Meeting the 18+ age requirement does not, by itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related regulations apply to Pakistani residents and citizens regardless of their age. You remain solely responsible for your legal compliance.
To access the full functionality of the 22vin Platform, including deposits, withdrawals and participation in promotional offers, you must complete the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 22vin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). We may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
Registration information must be consistent with your KYC documents. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
22vin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable to online gaming platforms. You may be required to complete KYC verification before making deposits, processing withdrawals or claiming promotional offers.
Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport bio-data page, or equivalent government-issued photographic identification. Proof of residential address and a selfie or liveness check may also be required at the operator's discretion.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, 22vin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Permitted uses include browsing Platform content, registering and managing your Account, making deposits and withdrawals in accordance with these Terms, participating in sports betting and casino gaming activities offered by the Platform, and accessing responsible gambling tools.
The Platform is intended for adult users aged 18 or over. It is designed as an entertainment service. It must not be used as a source of income, a financial investment vehicle or a method of recovering financial losses. Pakistani users in particular are reminded of the legal restrictions on gambling activity under domestic legislation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22vin Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, 22vin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all associated bets and transactions, withhold or forfeit any balance, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other accepted currencies via the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet options commonly used in Pakistan — is subject to change without notice and depends on the payment provider's own terms and applicable regulations.
Payment provider names (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others) are referenced as contextual examples only. 22vin does not represent that any payment provider endorses, permits or supports gambling transactions. Users must independently verify provider terms before initiating any deposit.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions and are contingent on full completion of KYC verification. 22vin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all verification requirements have been satisfied.
22vin may offer a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict relating to that specific promotion.
22vin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering, collusion between accounts, or exploitation of errors in bonus calculations — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to Account suspension.
The sports betting section of 22vin covers markets across a wide range of sporting events including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 tournaments, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, international football, UFC, tennis and esports. Specific betting rules for each sport and market type are published in the Platform's help centre and sportsbook rules section.
Casino games available on the 22vin Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games and instant-win formats — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-studio streaming infrastructure, as applicable. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are labelled as illustrative figures where provided; actual results for any individual session will vary.
22vin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.
You are required to use the Platform responsibly. Gambling must at all times be treated as an entertainment activity. You acknowledge that there is always a risk of financial loss when gambling and that the outcome of any wager is uncertain. You must not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and you must not use gambling as a mechanism to address financial hardship.

All content on the 22vin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, page layouts and designs — is owned by or licensed to 22vin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for your own private use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 22vin.
The 22vin name, logo and associated trade marks are proprietary to 22vin. Unauthorised use of any trade mark, brand identifier or content from the Platform is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22vin, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, data loss or service interruption.
22vin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which 22vin accepts no liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
22vin is an information and platform site. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, any Pakistani financial institution, or any payment provider mentioned on this Platform.
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time, subject to the following provisions.
User-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Operator-initiated closure: 22vin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where there is suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorised access, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of fraud or serious breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 22vin is incorporated and licensed to operate, as published on the Platform.
In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance. 22vin will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the applicable dispute resolution process and competent courts shall be as determined by the governing jurisdiction.
Pakistani users acknowledge that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose independent obligations and restrictions that apply regardless of these Terms. These Terms do not override or supersede any applicable local legislation.
22vin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Account holders via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 16.
